Kevin Wilson

Attorney

Kevin Wilson is a member of the Fears Law Intellectual Property (IP) and Office Actions practice groups. For over 20 years, he’s represented clients ranging from well-established companies, startups, and individuals with small businesses. Regardless of who he works with, Kevin is able to help them navigate the nuances of trademark and copyright law in a way that’s easy to understand.

With a passion for brand protection, Kevin enjoys helping clients develop solutions and strategies to ensure registration of their trademarks with as few issues as possible, whether that means working to determine if the trademark register is clear of any confusingly similar marks, prosecuting trademark applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), or filing and defending any Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) oppositions and cancellations a client may encounter. Kevin is well-versed in safeguarding clients’ IP rights and ensuring the protection of their valuable brands for years to come.

Kevin is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Licensed to practice in the state of Texas, he is also a member of the International Trademark Association.
