Bryan Fears is the founder of Fears Law, a firm dedicated to making legal services accessible to everyone. He strongly believes in the importance of quality representation for individuals of all financial backgrounds. Since its inception in 2005, Bryan has strategically grown his firm, serving thousands of clients across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Arizona. 

Recognized for his contributions to the legal field, Bryan has received numerous accolades, including listings in Best Lawyers in America for 2024 and 2025, Texas Super Lawyers from 2023 to 2024, and inclusion in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers for 2024. He is also a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums.

Outside his legal practice, Bryan is an avid runner who has completed the New York Marathon. He cherishes time outdoors with his family at their countryside farm in Murchison, Texas. Bryan is also a passionate philanthropist, supporting various environmental, educational, and arts organizations. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring new wine vintages to share with friends.

Julianne Parker is a partner at Fears Law, specializing in bankruptcy and business law. She is board-certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has extensive experience and a deep commitment to helping her clients navigate complex legal challenges. Known for her proactive approach, she ensures each client receives the attention and support they deserve, whether guiding individuals through bankruptcy proceedings or resolving business-related financial difficulties.

Julianne has earned numerous accolades throughout her career, including the Outstanding Council Member and Outstanding Service Award from the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Law Section and recognition as the Best Bankruptcy Lawyer by the Dallas Voice Readers’ Voice Awards. Her dedication to client advocacy is evident in her successful efforts to help clients recover vehicles after wrongful repossessions. Julianne has secured the return of essential assets through emergency motions for turnover, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to protecting her clients’ livelihoods and helping them regain financial stability.

Julianne has served in several leadership roles as an active member of the legal community, including as a frequent Chair of the State Bar of Texas Bankruptcy Law Section International Seminar Committee and a former Board Member of the Bankruptcy Law Section. She is a sought-after speaker and author, regularly presenting on bankruptcy topics at conferences and seminars. Julianne enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new culinary experiences outside her legal work. She often shares her love for fine dining over a meal with family and friends. Avani Javia is a partner at Fears Law, specializing in business law and estate planning. With more than 15 years of experience, she employs a strategic and solution-focused approach in her practice. Avani’s entrepreneurial spirit was ignited at a young age as she watched the hustle and bustle of her family’s beverage distribution business and learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Her background provided her with invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners, making her a trusted advisor for clients across various industries, from startups to established corporations.
