Bryan Fears is the founder of Fears Law, a firm dedicated to making legal services accessible to everyone. He strongly believes in the importance of quality representation for individuals of all financial backgrounds. Since its inception in 2005, Bryan has strategically grown his firm, serving thousands of clients across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah.

Recognized for his contributions to the legal field, Bryan has received numerous accolades, including listings in Best Lawyers in America for 2024 and 2025, Texas Super Lawyers from 2023 to 2024, and inclusion in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers for 2024. Outside his legal practice, Bryan is an avid runner who has completed the New York Marathon. He cherishes time outdoors with his family at their countryside farm in Murchison, Texas. Bryan is also a passionate philanthropist, supporting various environmental, educational, and arts organizations. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring new wine vintages to share with friends.
