Born and raised in the Dallas area, Avani’s entrepreneurial spirit was ignited at a young age. Growing up, she soaked in the hustle and bustle of her family’s beverage distribution business and learned the value of hard work and perseverance at an early age.

Avani graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Actuarial Science and Honors in the Business Foundations Program and went on to earn her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Texas A&M University School of Law with a Certificate specializing in Business Law.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal field and a keen understanding of business operations, Avani has established a reputation for providing comprehensive legal counsel to a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to established corporations. Throughout her career, Avani has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of complex business matters. She is known for her strategic approach to problem-solving, coupled with her ability to navigate clients through legal matters throughout the life cycle of their businesses.
