Ashley Roy is a pre-litigation attorney who was drawn to the legal field by her love of being a change-maker and desire to help others.

She believes in treating every client with the utmost kindness and understanding. Her approach is simple: that she may be the first attorney a client has ever interacted with, so she wants to leave a positive and lasting impression. Ashley looks for every opportunity to resolve her clients’ matters or provide them with the information to make informed and thoughtful decisions.

Born and raised in Birmingham, AL, Ashley grew up with a passion for serving others and her community. Prior to attending law school, Ashley worked in customer service jobs and was involved in volunteer-based organizations during her time at the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa, such as the Boys and Girls Club of West Alabama and mentoring 5th grade girls at a local elementary school. While in law school, Ashley took on various leadership roles that were committed to serving the student-body and the community.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and fur baby Enzo, watching Alabama football and her comfort television shows, playing uno, and spending time with her family and friends.
