Andi Sei

Andi Sei is a business law attorney who was drawn to the transactional practice by the creativity and ingenuity that new business owners demonstrate in designing and building their ventures.
Originally from New Mexico, Andi grew up working in the family business, learning first-hand a deep appreciation for challenges of building and sustaining a family company. After leaving home for college, Andi explored the world studying archeology and assisting in excavations. Between her experience in the family business, archeological studies, and legal education, Andi understands the importance of learning from the past while always keeping an eye on the future. Andi often serves as a sounding board for her clients, where they discuss their businesses and how it is impacted by the law so her clients can make informed decisions about their next steps, no matter how big or small.
Andi enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, watching sci-fi, sudoku puzzles, and attempting to garden, even though her Great Pyrenees and German Shepard often make their own “gardening suggestions” setting back Andi’s botanical aspirations.
