Mr. Fears, whose firm is known for its compassionate advocacy, was honored based on his exceptional representation of plaintiffs in <a href=\"https:\/\/fears.com\/es\/personal-injury\/\">personal injury<\/a> matters.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s three other partners were selected to the Texas Rising Stars guide.
